This 4-week therapeutic yoga workshop is designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and find your center again.

This series blends gentle movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system support to promote deep rest and emotional balance.

Michelle Wise Gendusa,
RYT & LCSW

Michelle has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years, earning her 200-hour RYT certification with YogaFit. Her journey with yoga has evolved over time, transitioning from a focus on power and physical strength to cultivating mindfulness, calm, and inner resilience. For Michelle, yoga is a practice that shifts attention inward, instead of the external world with influences of judgment and comparison. Yoga offers a sanctuary where, the moment you come to your mat, the noise of the outside world fades away.

Michelle is a licensed therapist and registered yoga instructor.

Come to a MELT workshop, and experience changes in how your body looks and feels. Learn gentle self-treatments you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free for life. 

 

This all-levels workshop will use a specialized soft roller and small MELT Foot and Hand Therapy Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy.

 

Workshop participants leave with their very own roller ball, as well as handouts for continued practice at home --

all included in ticket price!
